A Vision to be Pest Free
We just want to make things better. From the get-go Sasha knew that he wanted to help people, make a difference. With a background in education and experience in both the academics and manual labour worlds, he saw a lot of problems that needed solving. Growing up in Montreal, he saw firsthand what the impact of pests had on people's lives and decided that enough was enough. Sasha then put together a team of like-minded individuals in the Montreal area to provide a customized, local service. Over time, providing people with customized local extermination services built the foundations of what would become Extermination Solution Extreme
Yet, something was missing.
Enter Marisa. An experienced account manager with enough NDA's to keep this section brief, Marisa had the skills and drive to be the perfect business partner for Sasha. Her intense personality and need to get things right gave rise to the name Extreme. She had worked in customer service prior to managing accounts, which gave her the disposition to care and understand the needs of Montreal people, neighbours and friends.
Together, Marisa and Sasha built a team of experienced technicians to tackle Montreal one pest at a time.
Together they are Extermination Solution Extreme

Pest Prevention You Can Do!
Stay vigilant and proactive with these effective pest prevention tips to protect your home from common invaders like bed bugs, wasps, rodents, ants, and cockroaches.
-
Inspect secondhand furniture and clothing before bringing them inside. Bed bugs often hitchhike on used mattresses, couches, or clothing, so thoroughly check and, if possible, treat these items before introducing them into your home.
-
Seal cracks and gaps around windows, doors, and foundation. Rodents like mice and rats squeeze through tiny openings, and sealing entry points helps block their access as well as that of ants and cockroaches.
-
Keep your kitchen clean and free of food debris. Wipe counters, sweep floors, and avoid leaving dirty dishes out, since ants, cockroaches, and rodents are attracted to accessible food sources.
-
Store all food, including pet food, in airtight containers. This denies pests like ants, cockroaches, and rodents an easy meal and helps reduce lingering food odors.
-
Fix leaky pipes and eliminate moisture buildup. Cockroaches and ants thrive in damp environments, while rodents are attracted to water sources. Keeping areas dry helps deter them.
-
Use mattress and box spring encasements. These protective covers can trap existing bed bugs and prevent new ones from infesting your sleeping areas.
-
Regularly declutter and vacuum your home. Bed bugs, cockroaches, and ants hide in clutter, so keeping your space tidy reduces their hiding spots and helps detect early infestations.
-
Keep outdoor trash bins tightly sealed and away from the house. Garbage attracts rodents, wasps, and cockroaches, so secure lids and placing bins at a distance can minimize pest activity near your home.
-
Trim back tree branches, shrubs, and vines touching your home. Wasps build nests in sheltered spots near trees and shrubs, and rodents use branches as pathways into your attic or roof.
-
Store firewood and building materials away from your home and off the ground. Woodpiles near your house invite carpenter ants, rodents, and wasps to nest and forage nearby.
-
Install door sweeps and repair damaged window screens. These barriers help keep out mice, rats, and flying insects like wasps.
-
Use bait stations and traps around common pest entry points. Strategically placed traps help control ant, cockroach, and rodent populations before they spread.
-
Avoid leaving pet food out overnight. Rodents and ants are attracted to pet bowls, so feeding pets during the day and cleaning up promptly reduces the risk.
-
Inspect luggage and clothing after traveling. Bed bugs frequently spread through travel gear, so check suitcases and wash clothes immediately upon returning home.
-
Schedule regular professional pest inspections and treatments. Early detection and routine maintenance help prevent infestations from becoming costly problems.
