Founded by Marisa and Sasha Thinel, our company was born from both necessity and passion. Growing up in a rural community where pest issues were a constant challenge, Marisa and Sasha saw firsthand how infestations could disrupt homes, businesses, and daily life. Motivated to make a difference, they combined their backgrounds in environmental science and business management to create a company focused on safe, effective, and people-first pest control. What started as a small, hands-on operation with just one truck and a big vision has grown into a trusted regional leader in extermination and prevention services. Today, Extermination Solution Extreme is known for its cutting-edge methods, eco-conscious approach, and personalized customer care. A Vision to be Pest Free
We just want to make things better. From the get-go Sasha knew that he wanted to help people, make a difference. With a background in education and experience in both the academics and manual labour worlds, he saw a lot of problems that needed solving. Growing up in Montreal, he saw firsthand what the impact of pests had on people's lives and decided that enough was enough. Sasha then put together a team of like-minded Montreal exterminators to provide a customized, local service. Over time, providing people with customized local extermination services he built the foundations of what would become Extermination Solution Extreme
Yet, something was missing.
Enter Marisa. An experienced account manager with enough NDA's to keep this section brief, Marisa had the skills and drive to be the perfect business partner for Sasha. Her intense personality and need to get things done right gave rise to the name Extreme. She had worked in customer service prior to managing accounts, which gave her the disposition to care and understand the needs of Montreal people, neighbours and friends.
Together, Marisa and Sasha built a team of experienced technicians to tackle Montreal one pest at a time.
